An Assignment?

I’ve been thinking recently about Assignment Day, which has been sitting in my virtual drawer and ready to publish for too long. Maybe it’s time to unleash it on the world. I need to commission a cover, which costs money, as well as some effort on my part to prep it for release. Why have I been thinking about it? Because of the virtual reality components and the conspiracies behind that world. Seems timely to me. I don’t believe the book needs further editing, just formatting for the electronic and print versions. That’ll probably lead to a few instances of grammar or spelling clean-up even though I’ve been through the book more times than I can count. Something to consider doing during the next couple of months. Maybe I’ll do it once I finish the draft of The Drop: Season Four. It’d be a good change of pace to go from writing to formatting and putting out my tenth book.
